Solar panels demand very little to no maintenance in their lifetime. Nearly all modern panels have a warranty that protects you from material defects and guarantees energy production for 25 years.

First, the incentives: The federal solar tax credit it’s currently at its peak of 30% today. But that is set to phase out in a couple of years.

In some states, the incentives are already disappearing.
